Terms of Service
These Terms explain the conditions for using the Kids Habit service.
1. Purpose
These Terms set out the conditions, procedures, rights, obligations, and responsibilities for using all services provided by Kids Habit (the "Service").
2. Provision of the Service
The Company provides members with child mission management, rewards, characters, a combined ranking, a premium subscription, and more. Some features are available only to premium subscribers.
3. Member Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
Members must not do any of the following:
- Include profanity, discriminatory language, real names, or contact information in a child's nickname
- Spam, harass, or impersonate other users
- Interfere with the operation of the Service or use it fraudulently
Violations may result in nickname blocking, account suspension, or restricted use without prior notice.
4. Reporting and Content Moderation
Members can anonymously report inappropriate child nicknames or content using the in-app report feature. The Company reviews reports within 24 hours, and repeated reports or serious violations may result in the child being automatically or manually excluded (blocked) from rankings. If you have concerns about a block, please contact support.
5. Payment and Refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds follow the refund policies of the Apple App Store / Google Play. The lifetime plan grants permanent access with a single payment.
6. Protection for Minors' Payments
If a minor makes a payment without the consent of a legal guardian, the payment may be cancelled and refunded.
7. Restriction of Use
If a member violates these Terms or applicable law, their use of the Service may be restricted without prior notice.
8. Disclaimer
The Company is not liable for damages arising from causes beyond its control, such as natural disasters or telecommunication failures.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes relating to these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the court having jurisdiction over the Company's principal place of business shall be the agreed court of jurisdiction.
